The buggy
A horse trailer that grew up.
We soft launched in August 2025 with one trailer, a lot of fruit and no idea what we were doing. It has been the best year.

What pulls up
Everything folds out of a two-axle trailer.
The cedar awning props open over a live-edge bar top that folds down off the side.
Inside there is a hedge wall, a working sink with a brass faucet, and warm bulbs strung the length of the ceiling so it still looks good after dark.
Eucalyptus runs along the fender, pampas sits in a stoneware vase on the shelf, and the whole thing photographs well enough that guests line up in front of it before they line up for a drink.

And what comes with it
The backdrop is part of the booking.
The hedge wall and the neon come with us, so there is somewhere for people to stand and take a photo that is not the parking lot. Cups, ice, garnish, syrups and the printed menu board are all ours to bring.
There are two of us behind the bar, which means the line keeps moving and nobody is waiting four deep for a drink.

Where we go.
Knoxville and everywhere around it. We have set up in backyards and at pool parties, poured mocktails at the fall festival in Kingston, and we are booking weddings through 2027.
If you are further out than you think we go, ask anyway. We usually do.
